Sony Corp. has announced upgrades to its Digital Paper Tablet. The new tablet features a higher resolution screen, more memory. NFC and Bluetooth Connectivity, and a new pen-friendly screen. The company has not announced the price for the new device, but it will probably cost around $1,000 US.
